IN-PERSON CLASS: YOGA FOR MIDLIFE and BEYOND

Slow flow mixed level class packed with practices to unwind & soothe deeply

Thursdays 6.30 PM to 7.45 PM,

Venue: Bridport Complementary Health, South Street, Bridport. Summer term - 12th June to 17th July

Celebrate midlife with yoga to:

The classes are designed for women going through perimenopause, menopause and onwards. A normal phase of life that can bring its challenges. Discover evidence - based yoga and breathwork practices designed to open, align and empower. Connecting with our wisdom, self-compassion and the adventure of moving forward with a sense of agency.

Each class will offer practices to build physical strength, increase mobility, improve suppleness, and learn tools to soothe stress.

You’ll also learn simple yet effective ways to support yourself with common symptoms like hot flashes, brain fog and disturbed sleep. All practices can be taken at a pace that suits you.

Whether hormonal changes are a concern for you or you just want somewhere to drop the day’s busyness, freedom from life pressures and gently untangle physical tension then you are most welcome.

Places £48 for the full 6-week course

ONLINE CLASS: Yoga for Midlife - Strength, Balance and Confidence

Mondays 6.30 pm-7.30 pm,

Experience yoga and slow flowing movements for whole body connection that allows for more steadiness, being present and soften any unwanted tension. Practices are curated to include techniques to relieve common menopause symptoms of anxiety, hot flushes & poor sleep.

Each class has a different focus to progress and deepen:

• The foundations,

• Breathing to awaken

• Creative challenges to boost stability & balance in all ways

• Restorative flow to replenish you fully.

You’ll receive…

  • 1-hour classes held online via Zoom

  • 14 days Access to each class recording for all registered guests to continue with the practices.

  • A toolkit of techniques to support and balance your body and mind

  • A warm, relaxed space to slow down and prioritise yourself.

  • A direct line of support from me, a teacher with 20 years of experience in yoga and a certified breathwork instructor.
