Private yoga lessons allow us to tailor practices to your unique needs.

Have you ever had a personalised yoga class for your body? It is nothing like a group class.

I’ve been teaching yoga full-time since 2005. Throughout those years, I’ve had a busy schedule of regular private clients. Teaching personal yoga requires a different skill set than serving group classes. It’s my job to create a comfortable space, to transport you from hectic to refreshed.

I’m proud of building a deep rapport with private clients, which is built on a foundation of trust, connection and empathy. Many clients have worked with me for several years because they appreciate the tailored lessons specifically tailored to their needs and the accountability that comes with working with me.

Classes are held in person in Bridport or virtually via Zoom

When you book a session, you’ll complete an intake form to tell me about your main concerns and what you’d love to achieve.

We’ll meet virtually or in-person on a schedule that works best for you.

In our session, we’ll discuss what you are experiencing and what you’d love to achieve. I’ll guide you through some foundational movements to assess any weaknesses and offer practices that you can do on your own. A one-hour lesson may be all that you need or I’ll design a course of lessons to help you progress as you desire.

I have 20 years of yoga teaching experience and professional knowledge in applied anatomy and functional breathwork, to help you get a personalised lesson that can make a real impact and meaningful change.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits all yoga. Your yoga practice can support you, no matter what is going on in your life. Over the course of teaching private yoga, I’ve taught many kinds of private lessons ranging from a woman in her 30’s with scoliosis, women new to yoga in their 40’s, A man in his 50’s with chronic stress, to people in their 70’s needing accessible strength training and everything in between.

Working one-to-one you get to see the positive influence and transformation that having a personalised class specific to your unique needs can make for you.
